What Is Sprunki Wenda Treatment?
In Sprunki, a treatment is a mod that does one thing to everybody. Pick a character, take the thing that makes them recognisable, and apply it to the whole cast. This site already has one — Abstraction Treatment, where the cast grows floating eyeballs. Wenda Treatment is the more literal kind: every character in the roster wakes up wearing Wenda’s face.
That means the wide white oval eyes with pinprick pupils, the small round mouth, and — because this is the horror version of Wenda — a red streak on each cheek. Oren keeps his orange and his headphones. Vineria keeps her green and her petals. Mr. Fun Computer keeps his screen. But all of them look at you the way Wenda does, and all of them look like they have been crying.
The Stage
The backdrop is a red sky with giant eyes drifting across it. Unfilled slots are black figures with hollow grey eyes, which fits — they have not been given a face yet. Drop a character in and the face arrives with them.
The build carries four backdrops — backdrop, backdropcute, backdropevil
and scary-dark2 — so there is more than one state to find, though the default
red-sky view is already the one the mod is known for. The title card shows a
grey, cat-eared character with Wenda’s face in tears, and Black grinning over
their shoulder.
Where It Came From
Wenda Treatment spread through Cocrea in several versions. One upload titled 4.0 biggest update dates from June 2025, has been viewed around 25,000 times and remixed fifteen times, and there are separate V4.0 re-uploads under other accounts. The build here is titled simply Sprunki (Wenda Treatment) and names no author, so the developer field above says so rather than guessing.
How It Plays
Drag an icon from the tray onto one of the seven figures and it starts looping its layer; drag it back off to drop the layer. Everything joins on the beat, so stacked loops stay in time. Each occupied slot gets mute and solo controls, there is a reset in the top corner, and a gallery tracks what you have found.
Before You Play
- Free and browser-based, no download and no account.
- Horror content — mild, but the whole cast is bleeding from the eyes.
- The frame is 4:3, the shape the build was made at.
- The More Games button in the top bar was added by the host, not the mod.
- Made by a fan, not by the people behind Incredibox.
