What Is Sprunki Mustard?
Three layers deep. Incredibox is the original. Colorbox is a fan mod of it. Mustard is Superbanger Productions’ joke mod of Colorbox — released 29 August 2024, filed by the Incredibox wiki under Joke, and based on “Colorbox, memes, various works”. And Sprunkstard is the Sprunki cast dropped into Mustard’s interface, which is what loads above.
The full title on its Cocrea uploads is Incredibox Sprunkstard [If Sprunki Were In Mustard]. The aggregators call it Sprunki Mustard.
What Mustard Brings
Everything that is not a Sprunki character comes from Mustard, and the mod keeps a surprising amount of it:
- One colour. The whole screen is mustard yellow — cast, stage, icons, the striped wallpaper behind the seven polos.
- Mustard OS. The bubbly COMPUTER text above the stage is a button. Click it and a terminal opens: Meet the Polos, Photo Album, Shut Down. There is a photograph of a horse in the corner for no reason.
- Five categories, five each. The tray is laid out Mustard-style — Beats, Effects, Melodies, Voices, and a fifth row of All-Stars — rather than one long Sprunki row.
- Joopers, Mustard’s boss character, is in the project file, along with a sprite named after Superbanger themselves.
The Roster
The twenty regulars are all present, redrawn yellow. The Sprunki Mods wiki lists them by Mustard category:
- Beats — Oren, Raddy, Clukr, Fun Bot, Vineria
- Effects — Brud, Sky, Gray, OWAKCX, Garnold
- Melodies — Mr. Sun, Mr. Tree, Simon, Durple, Tunner
- Voices — Mr. Fun Computer, Wenda, Jevin, Pinki, Black
- All-Stars — Cursed Polo, Bob, Mard, Vurr, Terrance and Fillip
The all-star row is where Mustard’s sense of humour survives intact. Mustard’s own all-stars include a Flash Monolith and South Park’s Terrance and Phillip, and Sprunkstard’s icons keep the Flash logo and the Canadian maple leaf. The wiki also notes a Mini Frisk, and three characters that were removed — C.G. Guy, Mark and Old Polo.
Why It Is “Infamous”
The Sprunki Mods wiki’s entry is short and pointed. It calls Sprunkstard “a very infamous mod, due to it being the first mod to reskin another mod” — the first time someone took Sprunki, which is itself a reskin of Incredibox, and reskinned it again into a third mod’s style. It also states that the mod “isn’t supported by NyankoBfLol, it’s actually the opposite” — NyankoBfLol being Sprunki’s creator. The wiki gives no source for either claim, so read them as community record rather than quotation.
The creation date is listed as unknown. The Cocrea link the wiki points to has been taken down, and what circulates now are remix copies under the same title — the build here is one of them. A separate build called Sprunkstard [Cancelled Update] also exists.
The Wrong One
Search for this mod and you will find pages titled Sprunki Mustard that load a project called ColorboxMustardremix. That is a Colorbox mod. It is yellow, it is Mustard-styled, and it contains no Sprunki characters at all. The confusion is understandable — Sprunkstard is built on top of exactly that — but the page you want is the one whose project file says Sprunkstard.
How It Plays
Drag an icon from the tray onto one of the seven polos and it starts looping its layer; drag it back off to drop the layer. Everything joins on the beat, so stacked loops stay in time. Each occupied slot gets mute and solo controls and there is a reset in the top corner.
